What is Change Management?
Change Management is essentially having a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization´s goals, processes or technologies.


When do we enter the picture?
Change Maker Lead is often brought in when the client knows why things have to change, but maybe not what to change and how to do it.
A common scenario is a technological leap that has to be implemented with new processes and structures in the
organization. An example would be changes in the wake of digital
transformation.

And how do we do it?
First of all, we need to work closely with the organization. We have to understand the culture, structure and the processes to be able to achieve the desired goals. We often deal with the different stakeholders on different levels: strategically, tactically and
operatively.

We start by looking at the individuals and the affected processes, and how they can develop to create alignment. Also, we look at the possibilities to use technology to educate and communicate the changes.

Once we get to work, our source of inspiration is the latest research in the area. One of our tools is Leavitt’s Diamond Model, which helps us in identifying how change affects different parts of the organization.
