About Juna
Change Maker Lead’s founder is Juna Jumaa (Executive MBA). She has many years of experience in Change Management, and is also certified in the PROSCI methodology, which, in short, is a structured and research based approach to managing change.

structure and strategies are created and driven by the people working with them. Therefore, including the people side of change is crucial in any change initiative. Change can be tough as it
